The People’s United Bank Vermont City Marathon Announces Free Race Photos through GameFace Media

Burlington, Vermont (March 29, 2017) – The People’s United Bank Vermont City Marathon is pleased to announce free digital photos for all participants running Vermont City Marathon & Relay on May 28, 2017.

The 29th running of The Vermont City Marathon will take place on Memorial Day Weekend. Each participant or relay team will receive 6 to 10 free digital photos of them achieving their goals and enjoying everything that the Burlington community has to offer during the event. “We’re excited that our partnership with The Vermont Department of Tourism will enable all of our runners to leave this year’s race with lasting memories and pictures to share the experience with all of their friends and family,” commented Peter Delaney, Executive Director of RunVermont.

“The People’s United Bank Vermont City Marathon is an important and special athletic event for our state. The marathon gives us the opportunity to showcase our beautiful state to visitors who travel across the country to participate. GameFace Media will e-mail all runners a few days after the race to let them know that their free digital photos are available. Runners may download photos and share them on social media for free, as well as purchase printed products.

The People’s United Bank Vermont City Marathon is the largest sporting event in Vermont with over 8000 runners competing in the marathon and relay events. It is a fast and spectator friendly course; highlighting the historic city streets as well as the majestic lake and mountain views of Burlington, VT.
